Ooohh... Reverse harem shows. You are one of the few things that I just can't say no too, even if you are very sucky. Hahahahaha.

I love the fact that there are lists out there that shows the upcoming shows for a certain season. I can just pick out whatever I want to see even before they get shown. Whatever I will be watching for the season depends on my first impression. Mostly, if it's a reverse harem show and it has totes loads of bishies then it's instant like for me! LOLOLOLOL. I could care less if the show sucks bigtime. Hello Hiiro no Kakera?!

So today I shall blurb about La Storia della Arcana Famiglia.

Synopsis:

"Things are NOT going well for Felicitá. For years, the island of Regalo, has been protected by her father's "organization," the Arcana Tarroco, whose success is due in no small part to the members' unusual skills with Tarot Cards, not to mention the usual guns and knives. But now, unexpectedly, her father has decided to retire and, while the fact that his position will be filled by the winner of a series of duels doesn't worry Felicitiá, the fact that he's decided to throw HER into the contest as part of the prize certainly does! Especially since some of the contestants are her cousins, which is keeping things WAY too much in the family! Fortunately, our lady shark has two aces up her sleeve: as the head of the Swords division, she's eligible to compete for herself, and with her favored Card, The Lovers, she can snoop into the minds of her would be suitors/rivals! It's just too bad they have their own card tricks!"

Now that we got the basics covered, a few things should be added to the above information. Arcana Famiglia is another anime based on an otome game on the PSP by Comfort-Soft.

Otome Game = Reverse Harem. Hell yeah!

This is one of the shows that I was anticipating for in the Summer 2012 roster. The other shows are fine; however, this is the one I am looking forward to watching.

I have seen episodes 1-3 and I am currently waiting for episode 4 to finish downloading.

So far, I can say that the art is good. It doesn't stray much from the art of the games. It's not like Fushigi Yuugi anime from manga. Have you guys noticed how ugly Hotohori is in the anime?!?

Seiyuu cast list is cool. Jun Fukuyama, hello? I am partial to Hiroyuki Yoshino's portrayal of Debito. He just gives this flirty vibe. Errr.. It fits Debito's personality well!

My workmate is also watching this show and he is saying that the roll out of the story is kinda slow. It's just the 3rd episode so I can't say much about it. The 1st episode did good in introducing the characters and the main plot. So that's a plus to this show. Anyone of you remembers Blood C?

2nd and 3rd episodes appear to be fillers with a bit of more insight of the characters ie Liberta and Nova.

I'm pretty sure the harem part will revolve around Felicita, Nova, and Liberta. They other guys are just for entertainment. I also think she won't end up with anybody. Isn't this how reverse harem shows end up like?!

Google it up and you will eventually see what I am going to say below as this is pretty much what is included in the story of the otome game

Nova used to be Felicita's fiance. He chose to end the engagement.

Nova is Felicita's first cousin. Yo incest! (I would like her to end up with Nova, though. Haha.)

It is unknown how old Jolly is.

Jolly is Luca's father. Luca is 29 years old. How old is Jolly?!?! I think since he does alchemy, he makes himself appear younger. Hahaha.

I have no other spoilery things to say. I haven't played the game so I can only get these information online.:P

I will continue to watch this show. It's now up to 4 episodes out of the 12 and it's still bearable. I hope don't drop this in the middle of watching it (again, hello Hiiro no Kakara?!) and I do hope they will make it sensible. I can be as patient as I can, but please don't let this be a let down like Blood-C.

Speaking of Hiiro no Kakera, I was surprised to find out that it will have a second season! The first season was such a total let down that I can't even remember if I actually finished the show or not (I have all 13 episodes. Just can't remember if I finished watching them all).

Why does this show get a 2nd season immediately, while we all fangirls are still waiting for season 2 of UtaPri?!?!


What are the chances that the 2nd season will be better than the first?! I have no freaking idea!

However, I shall still download this 2nd season even if I will not watch it ASAP. Maybe on a later date? I just can't say no to bishies. Pfftt.
